If you're physically located in California at the time of your visit, we can see you.
Can my prescription go to any pharmacy near me?
Absolutely. We send prescriptions to any pharmacy in the Inland Empire — major chains like CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Stater Bros., Vons, and Ralphs, as well as independent pharmacies throughout the region.
What if I live in a smaller city in the IE?

Can I use my insurance?
Horizon Rx is a cash-pay service. We do not currently accept insurance. However, your visit is eligible for reimbursement from your HSA/FSA, and many patients prefer the privacy of cash-pay for sensitive visits.
Is Horizon Rx a replacement for the emergency room?
No. For chest pain, severe abdominal pain, signs of stroke, severe trauma, or any condition you feel may be life-threatening, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
