For Los Angeles residents without insurance, or those with high-deductible plans, $99 is often less than a single copay at a traditional urgent care — and significantly less than a trip to an LA emergency room, where bills can run into the thousands for the same condition.
HSA and FSA reimbursable. No hidden fees, no copays, no membership.
Do you treat patients in all of Los Angeles?
Yes. Horizon Rx serves patients anywhere in Los Angeles County and throughout California — including Downtown, Hollywood, West LA, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Culver City, the San Fernando Valley, the San Gabriel Valley, Pasadena, South Bay, and surrounding areas.
Can my prescription go to any pharmacy in LA?
Absolutely. We send prescriptions to any pharmacy in California — major chains like CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Ralphs, and Vons, as well as independent pharmacies throughout the city.
Can I use my insurance?
Horizon Rx is a cash-pay service. We do not currently accept insurance. However, your visit is eligible for reimbursement from your HSA/FSA, and many patients prefer the privacy of cash-pay for sensitive visits.
What if I'm visiting LA and don't live here?
Horizon Rx serves anyone physically located in California at the time of their visit. You don't need to be a California resident — if you're traveling in LA and need care, we'll send your prescription to a pharmacy near where you're staying.
Is Horizon Rx a replacement for the emergency room?
No. For chest pain, severe abdominal pain, signs of stroke, severe trauma, or any condition you feel may be life-threatening, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
How fast can I be seen?
Same-day appointments are almost always available. Many patients book and are seen within an hour, depending on the time of day.
